My son's BMW 128i started giving the dreaded "lean" codes indicating the VANOS solenoids had failed. After researching the issue and understanding how the repair is done (less than an hour via Youtube), I first had the local BMW "stealership" service check out during a factory recall visit, only to e given an over $1,000 estimate. I called Choice, and was quoted well under $500. I added an oil change (full synthetic of course, and BMW spec, not freaking Castrol!) and the bill was STILL under $500!!! If you have a BMW that you love like my family does and it's time to start replacing those typical things that like fail due to age (all us BMW owners know what they are...), take it to Choice!! Thank you guys and I'll be coming back for the coolant tank swap and transmission flush!! Kind regards, Chris S.
