My heart sank as I brought my cherished car into the shop, desperately needing to replace the worn-out wheel hub and bearing assembly. The nuts on the sway bar, oh dear friend, were callously abandoned, never once given the honor of being reinstalled. It was a blatant betrayal, a betrayal that shook me to my very core. The mere thought of such neglect shook my entire being, and my heart wept for my precious car, abused and forsaken.
Sorry to hear there was in issue with your sway bar nut. We would’ve liked an opportunity to correct this if it was a mistake on our end. Unfortunately this is the first I’ve heard of it. We will tighten up our quality control going forward. After further review of the sway bar setup on your vehicle, I see no reason why we would've removed the sway bar bolt to perform this repair. And if we did, we would've known right away that we forgot to re install because there are several washers and bushings that go on that sway bar bolt and couldn't have possibly misplaced all of those parts. I would suspect either the bolt snapped off or the nut backed itself off. Either way, we will continue to make progress with our quality control.
